Step 1: Dilute a coin-sized amount of Sebamed Everyday Shampoo with equal amount of water
Step 2: Gently massage onto your wet scalp with your fingertips for three minutes.
Step 3: Rinse thoroughly, and use 2 to 3 times a week, for optimum results
