Yes, we deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the product detail page or during checkout.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500 within India. For orders below ₹500, a shipping charge of ₹50 or higher may be applicable, depending on the delivery location and order value. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. In certain cases, such as high order volumes, promotional events, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended.

Additionally, important updates may be displayed on the website announcement bar during peak sale periods, festive seasons, or other events that may impact delivery timelines.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

Orders are typically delivered within:

       3–5 business days for major cities and metro locations.

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on courier serviceability and local conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address for a serviceable pin code, please contact our customer support team immediately at 9967673355 or sebamed@usv.in. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is dispatched. However, once the order has been shipped, address modifications may not be possible and the shipment will be delivered as per the details provided at the time of placing the order.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IN A SINGLE ORDER?

Currently, we do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send products to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the website, navigating to the Order History section, and selecting the relevant order to view its current status and tracking information.
